12km Expedition - Day 2
After a good nights sleep (I'm told) and breakfast, each patrol had to pack up its tents and continue hiking back to the Scout Camp Site, 7km away, in time for lunch.
Today's walk was a low level route through Beddgelert, and along the route of the old railway through the Pass of Aberglaslyn to Nantmor. Then climbing no more than 250m over Grib Ddu back towards the Camp Site.
No pictures unfortunately of today's walk, as the Patrols were hiking without the aid of any leaders, however all returned in time for lunch. Funny how food always brings them home
