Conditions for the Hire of Fulwood Scout Hut
The minimum age of the responsible Hirer must not be less than 21 years.
Confirmation of the booking must be made at least 10 days before the event and, where overnight accommodation is involved, numbers of those staying must be provided.
Access to the hut will be provided by the Hut Bookings Secretary either in person or via the key safe.
The hut must be locked at all times when empty and the key placed securely in the key safe.
The Hirer is responsible for the good order and care of the premises for the duration of the Hire.
The Hirer is responsible for the setting up of our tables, chairs or benches for any activities, and replacing them when finished. They must also satisfy themselves that any tables, chairs, or benches are in suitable condition for their purposes.
Any breakages or damage to equipment or furnishings must be reported to the Bookings Secretary and paid for by the Hirer at current prices.
The Hirer must be present at all times during parties.

The Hirer and their guests must accept the ruling of the Bookings Secretary during the period of Hire. In any matter of dispute, the decision of the 142nd Sheffield (Fulwood) Scout Group Executive Committee is final and they reserve the right to revise conditions or cancel the booking at any time. For the purpose of these conditions the Hut Bookings Secretary may be a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Gambling is NOT permitted.
NO tobacco or alcohol may be brought into the building and offered for sale.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside or in front of the building.
Guests must not congregate outside the front of the Scout Hut or on the track between the hut and the neighbouring house.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, and in respect of the neighbours there must be no noise after 11pm.
The Hut must be vacated by the time agreed and must be left clean and tidy.
